Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

Consumers have three days from the date of purchase to obtain a replacement.
No additional shipping fees will apply if a replacement is requested within three days of the sale for the item in question.
Our logistics partners will attempt two deliveries if a replacement is necessary. The customer will still be responsible for any expenses paid if the delivery is unsuccessful because the receiver is not available or the location is locked.
Devices that have been previously owned or repaired can only be returned or covered by a warranty if the vendor is informed at the time of purchase.
