Refund and Returns Policy
- The Replacement/Refund request must be made within 3 days of purchase and this request can be made on provided email id only along with the supported documents
attached. - In case of refund request, customer has to provide the clear original package opening video along with the product sent.
- There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items if the product is replaced within 3 days of sale.
- In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items twice. In case the delivery is not executed during the two attempts, due to the
recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the cost incurred.
Pre-Owned / Refurbished Devices shall only be eligible for warranty if notified by the seller at the time of sale.
